Yesterday was such a lovely day for the outdoors so we decided to spend the morning in Hout Bay Harbour! I like to walk on the beach when there are hardly anyone there. It's such a pleasant experience for me to feel the icy waters flowing over my toes...
While you are at Hout Bay then you simply have to eat some Fish & Chips!
The Bistro Wharfette are situated downstairs and we usually have a spot that we like to sit at while we can look at the sea and watch people walk past us and sometimes like yesterday you will also spot a Seal close by!

We have placed our order at the counter and was advised to take our seat and the food will be served to us. We didn't had to wait that long for the food to arrive. The waiter was friendly to us when we were being served.

The Hake and Chips was well prepared and arrived hot at our table. I could taste that the fish was fresh and flaky. The batter was slight crispy on the outside. Chips was also fresh and fluffy. I have really enjoyed my fish.
You can enjoy eating your Hake & Chips with your hands like I do or if your prefer to eat with Knifes and Forks like my parents then they have plastic Cutlery that are available. You also have little sachets of Salt, Vinegar and Tomato Sauce that you can sprinkle over your meal. Inside the box you will find some pieces of Lime.
My parents are pensioners so they receive Juice included in their parcel. I've noticed that they have the Orange, Apple, Mango & Orange or the Breakfast Punch juices available.

It's real value for money. We visit this place many times in the past and was never disappointed.
