How are you doing today? Well, i can see that most people already start to enjoy the Holiday, since the school have closed last Wednesday and some will start their Holiday on the 15 December. I hope that you will have a fantastic time!
A while ago i have visit my nearest Clicks store and i have seen the eye pads and i just knew i had to purchase these for me, since i end up with tired eyes most of the time, since i spend most nights behind the computer.
I'm sure that most of you have experience tired or puffy eyes before? In the past i would use cucumber if we have in the house and normally when i do need it their aren't any and i definitely don't want to use tea bags on my eyes!
So i was really glad that essence have made these eye pads - it's a life saver for me anyways!
HOW TO USE THESE EYE PADS FROM ESSENCE?
You take the pads from the packaging and put them in the fridge (not the freezer) for at least an hour, then you place them on your eyes for 10 - 15 minutes and relax.

The first time i have used these eye pads my eyes had to get used to the sudden coldness, but my eyes felt great in such a short while! And what i like about these are that you can use them again and again. If i can give you a tip, i store mine in the fridge. So when my eyes are tired or puffy i know i can just go to the fridge and take my eye pads and put them on my eyes while i relax in my bed and listening to the radio. This are so much better than to wait for how long before the pads would be ready to put on your eyes. These eye pads don't take so much space at all!
Have you seen these eye pads in Clicks stores recently from essence? If so, did you purchase them or do you use something else to relieve tired eyes? Would love to hear from you.

If you store them in de fridge, aren't they way to cold to put on you eyes? I can image it feels nice, but not of they are to cold :o

It would depend on the temperature of your fridge, but my eye pads aren't that cold at all!
DeleteI used to use something similar to this but it was a full eyemask similar to what you would wear for bed, I loved it. it was great for someone like me who struggles with migraines :)
