My mani are dedicated to everyone that has Diabetic's.  November are Diabetic Awareness month.






To have Diabetes are not the end of the world, but it's also not a walk in the park either.  I know people that have T1D and they have to check their levels at certain times of the day.. Don't make fun of people by saying they are overweight.  They can't help that they don't fit into a certain image.  A illness doesn't define a person. Don't think for one moment that they also want to wear certain clothes or want to be slim.

I have decided to use this opportunity with the link-up with the Hobby Polish Bloggers Group where we are doing this month a Monochromatic theme that this would be a good time to promote the awareness for Violence against Woman.

I hope that everyone are doing great!  In South Africa we are having Summer and that means we are spending more time outdoors!  By spending time outdoors are fun and rightly so we do need to spend time in the sun!

For my second post for this link-up from Hobby Polish Bloggers group Ive decided to do a similar nail art that i've done earlier this year.  You can read my post here 

I've decided to use different shades of pink from the nail polishes that I've purchased from our local Pep Stores that are really a great bargain and great on the budget!  Absolutely no excuse for not having great looking nails for the summer holiday!

It's only recently that I've noticed that they started to sell make-up related goodies. So please keep a lookout on my blog, since i will do some more nail swatches and lip gloss reviews in the future!

It's that again of the month and this time around our theme are Monochromatic  nail art.  To tell the truth i didn't know what  it was, but soon i discovered the meaning.

Then i needed to start getting my ideas what am i going to do for the weeks challenges?  And one of the idea was to do a nail art related manicure for rain.  We in South Africa have Summer at this stage and during our Winter time it haven't rain a lot, thus our water capacity are very low.

In South Africa we have Summer with the occasional rainy days.  It's such a lovely time to spend time outdoors! Do you still remember your childhood days of being outdoors and lay in the garden, looking to the clouds above and just to dream...

Many children these days don't have those carefree days anymore, they spens more time indoors playing the whole day on there Computers, tablets, I-pad's, cellphones, TV games etc. They just don't have the real friendship bonding with other children and on the other hand it's just not safe anymore for children to play these days.

Did you made some effort to spend some quality time with your child recently?  Spend some time with them get to know them, what they like to enjoy.
