Blue Poinsettia

Some while ago I have decided to treat myself at Panarotti's at Kenilworth Center.  KC have changed tremendously recently and the food court have also changed by making space for more  restaurants. It was also my first time eating out at Panarotti's. 

I had a look at the menu and I was rather intrigued by it! You must really take a look at their wide selections of Desserts and Gourmet Shakes! 

Regular Banana Milkshake → R 29.90 

You have the option to choose from the following flavours: Chocolate, Strawberry, Lime, Bubblegum or Banana.  Regular or Double Thick Malts. 

I was really looking forward to this Milkshake, but once it arrived at my table I was disappointed. It didn't even looked like a Banana Milkshake at all, just the tiny yellow syrup that I could spot at the top could I noticed it must be it. 

Silently I thought to myself, well at least it something cold and I do enjoy Dairy products so give it a go.  I hardly could taste any Banana flavouring in it. Was rather disappointing to me, maybe I should consider the Double Thick Malts next time!? 

I gave the waitress my order and she arrived with my cutlery and with some seasoning. I could smell the garlic in an instant and know that would compliment my Carnivore Sub.

I was so looking forward to this dish that was placed in-front of me - Oh My goodness! The Carnivore have a filling that consist of Ham, Salami, Chorizo sausage, Italian tomato sauce and Italian Mozzarella Cheese. 

The moment I took my first bite I was sold. My mouth are drooling now by just looking at this. It does have a slight burning sensation, (it's Halaal) but that why you choose a Milkshake to compliment your meal and that would ease the burning feeling that you experience during the meal.

The meat are prepared to perfection with the melting cheese. I would compliment the Chef on this Carnivore sub. Just look at the photo that I've taken - it really packed - real value for your money spend!

Was rather disappointing to me that it's stated that they open at 09:00 and they only opened their doors on 09:15 on the day I have decided to grab a bite to eat. No apology was given to us when we walked in. 

Secondly I have also asked the waiter to please bring me the loyalty program that they over. She have registered my card for me, but didn't gave me my password to log into the system to check. So I had to go via Customer Service to send me a link so that I could generate a new password. Once that was sorted out I have noticed that my card was scanned correctly for the value of my bill. Had to go through another lot of conversations to get this correct. 

I couldn't understand why their was such a mixed up with scanning my card, since the restaurant was rather still quite that early in the day. At least she was friendly and I think maybe to enthusiastic that could have cause this.

The only fault that I could find was with the Milkshake that was disappointing to me. The sub was served still warm and was delicious. Would recommend this this to anyone that are a lover of meat.

Prefect to relax in a restaurant while enjoying your meal early in the Morning! 

Would I recommend Panarotti's for a light meal? Yes, I would the Sub's are really worth it!
